Outreach referenced specific projects (by location and type), the firm's relevant experience in that building type, and their capacity and bonding limits. The messaging positioned the firm as a proactive partner, not a cold solicitor. Campaigns ran across email and LinkedIn with immediate phone follow-up on warm replies.
The results
Within 45 days, the firm was averaging 15 meetings per month with real estate developers. Several of these conversations led to invitations to bid on active projects. The outbound channel also created long-cycle relationships -- developers who did not have an immediate project but added the firm to their preferred contractor list for future work.
