We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Chiefscale provides done-for-you B2B outbound revenue services, including:
We build and operate outbound campaigns on your behalf to generate qualified sales conversations for your business. Results vary based on industry, market conditions, and offer positioning.
Our services are offered on a month-to-month subscription basis. Pricing ranges from $1,500 to $10,000 per month depending on the service tier and scope of work. Specific pricing is presented during checkout.
All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
After cancellation, you will retain access to reporting and historical data for 90 days. Active campaigns will be paused within 48 hours of cancellation.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method up to three times over a 10-day period. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription will be suspended and active campaigns paused.

All content on chiefscale.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Chiefscale and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Campaign messaging, lead lists, and strategy documents created for your account remain your property. However, templates, frameworks, and methodologies used to create these assets remain the intellectual property of Chiefscale.
We do not guarantee specific results from our services. Outbound revenue generation depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competitive landscape, offer positioning, and your ability to close sales conversations.
We commit to following proven processes and best practices, but we cannot guarantee a specific number of leads, meetings, or closed deals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chiefscale and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chiefscale from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms, non-payment, or engaging in prohibited activities.
Upon termination, your right to use our services immediately ceases. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
If a dispute arises, you agree to contact us at support@chiefscale.com to attempt informal resolution before pursuing formal legal action.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in the jurisdiction where Chiefscale is headquartered.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Chiefscale.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Chiefscale is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
